Returns and Complaints

  3. Response and instructions: We will reply to your request as quickly as possible and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the complaint.

  4. Resolution: If your complaint is accepted, we will work to resolve the issue in the way that is most convenient for you. This may include a replacement product, a refund, or another form of compensation.
