ELASTOSIL® E41 TF 310ml

ELASTOSIL® E41 TRANSPARENT TF is a high-performance, one-component RTV-1 silicone that cures upon contact with moisture in the air, forming durable, flexible, and aging-resistant seals and protective coatings. Thanks to its self-leveling consistency and excellent adhesion to many surfaces—including cured silicones, which is rare for standard RTV-1—the material is ideal wherever precise and reliable protection of technical components is required.

Once cured, the silicone forms a clear, mechanically robust yet flexible structure that retains its properties over a wide temperature range from –45°C to +180°C, with short-term resistance up to 200°C. This stability, combined with excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation, and moisture, makes it an ideal choice for long-term outdoor applications and devices exposed to intensive use.

ELASTOSIL® E41 also offers excellent electrical insulation properties, allowing it to serve both as a sealant and as a protective coating for electronic, lighting, and mechatronic components. Its high resistance to mechanical stress and vibrations makes it suitable for dynamic operating environments such as e-mobility, industrial automation, and household appliance housings.
