ELASTOSIL® N 2034 is a high-quality, one-component RTV-1 silicone with low viscosity and a self-leveling consistency, designed for demanding bonding and sealing applications in industry, electronics, and modern assembly processes. The material cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture, forming a permanently elastic, homogeneous joint that retains its properties throughout its entire service life.

Thanks to its excellent flowability, ELASTOSIL® N 2034 perfectly fills gaps, grooves, and surface irregularities, making it an ideal solution for FIPG (Formed-In-Place Gasket) applications and precise sealing of technical components. The self-leveling nature of the material facilitates application, ensures an aesthetically pleasing finish, and guarantees repeatable results, particularly in serial and automated production processes.

The silicone exhibits very good adhesion to metals, glass, and selected plastics, often without the need for a primer, which simplifies the technological process and shortens production time. Its neutral curing system makes the material safe for sensitive components, non-corrosive to metals, and suitable for use in direct proximity to electronic assemblies.

After curing, ELASTOSIL® N 2034 maintains its elasticity over a wide temperature range from –45 °C to +180 °C, effectively compensating for stresses caused by differences in thermal expansion between bonded materials. In addition, the material is highly resistant to moisture, aging, and UV radiation, allowing it to be used both in indoor applications and in more demanding environmental conditions.

An important advantage of the product is its flame-retardant properties (UL94 V-0), which increase safety in electrical and electronic devices as well as in applications subject to enhanced fire protection requirements.
