ELASTOSIL® N 9111 GRAY is a high-performance one-component RTV-1 silicone with a neutral, alkoxy curing system, developed for demanding bonding and sealing applications in industry, electronics, and modern assembly processes. It cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a durable, flexible, and resilient joint that maintains stable properties even during long-term use.

The product offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including metals, glass, ceramics, and selected plastics, often without the need for a primer. Its thixotropic, non-sagging consistency enables precise application on vertical surfaces and in hard-to-reach areas, which is particularly important in series production and automated applications.

ELASTOSIL® N 9111 exhibits high thermal resistance from –45°C to +180°C, as well as very good resistance to moisture, aging, UV radiation, and environmental factors. Its neutral curing system prevents corrosion of sensitive components, making it safe for use near electronics, electrical components, and precision mechanical assemblies.

The silicone retains elasticity over a wide temperature range, effectively compensates for vibrations, mechanical stresses, and differences in thermal expansion of bonded materials. Its good electrical insulation properties further enhance its functionality in applications where protection against moisture and environmental influences is required.
