ELASTOSIL® RT 625 A/B is a high-grade, two-component RTV-2 silicone designed for professional applications where high flexibility, excellent flowability, and precise detail reproduction are essential. Thanks to its low viscosity, the material easily fills even very complex geometries, making it an ideal choice for mold making, technical castings, prototyping, as well as electronic potting and encapsulation.

After curing, it forms a soft, highly elastic elastomer with a Shore A hardness of 25, retaining its full performance across a wide range of applications. It is distinguished by high tear resistance (27 N/mm), excellent mechanical strength, and minimal shrinkage, ensuring precise, stable reproduction of delicate details and long-term protection of technical components.

Thanks to its addition-curing chemistry, the silicone cures evenly and without significant internal stresses, making it particularly suitable for demanding molds, castings, and applications where precision and repeatability are critical. The material also exhibits very good resistance to environmental conditions, aging, and mechanical loads, significantly enhancing its durability in long-term use.
