ELASTOSIL E10 is a single-component RTV-1 silicone designed for applications where high-temperature resistance, durability, and flexibility after curing are critical. The material cures upon exposure to moisture in the air, forming exceptionally stable, highly adhesive seals and protective coatings. Its low viscosity facilitates application in hard-to-reach areas, and good adhesion to a wide range of substrates — including metals, glass, and ceramics — eliminates the need for a primer.

After curing, the silicone forms flexible, aging- and mechanically-resistant bonds that maintain their properties across a temperature range of –45°C to +230°C, and up to 250°C for short-term exposure. This broad operating range makes the product ideal for devices and installations exposed to intense heat, cyclic temperature changes, or extreme environmental conditions.

With excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation, and moisture, ELASTOSIL E10 provides long-lasting elasticity and adhesion, even after years of service. Its dielectric properties also make it suitable for electronics and electrical engineering applications, where both thermal resistance and electrical safety are essential.
